The tourist season this year was the best we ever had. Therefore, it should be concluded properly. The best way to do it is by enjoying excellent food. So we have decided to give you a superb gastronomic experience via the Food Stories gastro event. If you are in Split or just passing through, pop by Laganini to enjoy tempting treats. November – the month of good food

This November will be all about the gourmet manifestation Food Stories, part of the first Month of Gastronomy in Split. The manifestation is organized by the Split Tourist Board and the City of Split to promote our beautiful city as a top-notch eno-gastro destination. Visitors, locals, and tourists will have the opportunity to enjoy a new menu every week thanks to amazing chefs participating in the manifestation. Of course, we couldn’t miss the opportunity to take part in this unforgettable gastro event.

Laganini’s stellar menu

Our chef Mićo has given a lot of thought about what to serve in the four upcoming weeks. He has been picking fresh ingredients, combining flavors with the utmost care, and finally came up with the idea for his first menu. Tuna tartare with garlic and red onion cream will be served in the first course. The whole dish will be put to a new level with a few balsamic and yuzu-scented pearls. The magnificent starter will be followed by a fresh Adriatic sea bass filet accompanied by arugula, potato cream, garlic, caper flowers, and cherry tomatoes, all seasoned with lemon and olives. In the end, of course, there will be a divine desert. The first menu is a true rhapsody of flavors; things will only get better in the upcoming weeks. The price of this superb and delicious dinner is 175 HRK per person.
